How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day. If you have a hard deadline, say so in the first message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Can I speak to someone before paying?
Yes, and we would prefer it for tracks and corporate training. A short call avoids most of the mismatches that lead to refund requests.
Do you run sessions outside India?
Live online workshops are open to anyone who can make the timing, which is scheduled for IST. On-site delivery is India only.
